DB is in the process of obtaining the Certificate of Recognition program (COR) utilizing the 4SafeCom Safety Training and Management System. COR is an occupational health and safety accreditation that verifies a fully implemented health and safety program. DB has a commitment for continual improvement and a dedication to worker and workplace safety and security.
By law, all new homes built in Ontario are provided with a warranty by a licensed builder/vendor, this law is called the Ontario New Home Warranties Plan Act. In addition to providing a warranty, anyone in the province of Ontario who plans to build a home for the purpose of sale or sells a new home must be registered with Tarion.
